Connecting the Drops – Your Drinking Water

Do you know where your drinking water comes from? Do you have municipal water or a private well? Is your drinking water safe? Join the TriCounty Sustainablity Alliance on Sunday January 8th to hear from these experts on our drinking water.

Jeff L. Hoffman, State Geologist, New Jersey Department of Enviromental Protection
Carmen Tierno, Senior Director of Operations, New Jersey American Water

Our speakers will address the source of our local drinking water, threats to our water supplies, explain the water treatment process, how to read your consumer confidence reports, and what to test for if you have a private well. We’ll leave plenty of time for questions and answers.
