Deconstructing Supper

Join GMO Free NJ for a screening of the beautifully filmed documentary Deconstructing Supper, directed by Marianne Kaplan. In under an hour this little gem of a film takes us from a five star gourmet restaurant in Canada, to genetic engineering labs, down supermarket aisles, to farms across North America, through the UK, India and back again.
