Food Day

Food Day is a day dedicated to food that is sustainably grown, healthy, accessible, local, and affordable. It’s a mission that is being celebrated by thousands of communities around the country and was developed years ago by the organization, Center for Science in the Public Interest. You can learn more about Food Day at this website: www.foodday.org. Our Food Day includes samples from healthy area restaurants and markets, food education groups, an appearance from Superfood Hero Broccoli Man, an “Eat a Rainbow” banner contest from Cherry Hill students, fun food workshops and more.  Camden County Chickens and Cherry Hill Chickens will be participating. Meet Rosebud, the Therapy Chicken.  Event is FREE.
