Keynote Address:
Erika Stahl, Professional Planner with Toms River Township, describes how she has dealt with thousands of property owners as they rebuild and deal with new zoning regulations to address flooding risk after Hurricane Sandy. Ms Stahl will also discuss how communities can become more resilient to natural disasters and sea level rise.
