Sustainable Jersey hub for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties
During our third #WasteNot event, the Courier-Post will partner with the Farm & Fisherman Tavern in Cherry Hill, the Center for Environmental Transformation (CFET), Fireworks, and other community organizations to offer a special tasting, farm tour, and community conversation about reducing food waste. A tasting menu will be orchestrated by Chef Todd Fuller of Farm & Fisherman and chefs from Food Bank of South Jersey, Cathedral Kitchen, Neighborhood Center of Camden, Square Meal, Invincible City Farms, and Hungry Harvest. The event will include Scrap App tastings, live music by The Quixote Project, tours of urban farming spaces by Farmer Jon of CFET, coffee courtesy of Revolution Coffee Roasters, and beer from Tonewood Brewing Company.
Tickets are $40 or two for $75 in advance. At the door, if available, tickets are $50. For residents of the City of Camden, tickets are $20. Proceeds will benefit The Center for Environmental Transformation. This is a 21+ event.
