Where does all the water go?

Did you know unmanaged stormwater is responsible for about 60% of pollutants entering our streams, rivers, lakes and reservoirs? That’s because when it rains, chemicals and other dangerous pollutants on our streets, parking lots, and roads get washed into storm drains which drain directly into our waterways. This contamination can put restrictions on recreation and spoil drinking water.

Unmanaged stormwater poses a serious threat to our public health.
