Winter Strike Event: Cleanup as Saddlers Woods

We are off and running with our next volunteer day of action!  You can show your love for Saddler’s Woods and help us “strike out” invasive plants at our upcoming Winter Strike Event on Saturday, Feb. 13th from 9am – 12pm. In addition to weeding invasive plants such as English ivy, we will be maintaining trails and picking up litter.  This helps to restore the native biodiversity of the ecosystem.

Volunteers will gather at the welcome area on MacArthur Blvd. Please wear masks, warm clothes, and sturdy boots that can get muddy.  Due to Covid restrictions we are unable to provide refreshments so please bring your own water bottle or hot coffee!
