DESCRIPTION:Come join the AmeriCorps NJ Watershed Ambassadorsand the Crafts Creek Spring Hill Brook Watershed Association as we try to clean up New Jersey!  This is a fun event for all ages! We will be cleaning up along Kinkora Road which will help prevent trash from entering the Delaware River. Learn about the island’s industrial past and its transformation to a wildlife sanctuary as we hike along the Delaware River looking for spring migrants. The varied habitats allow for opportunities to see a variety of birds (and other wildlife too!). Bring an adult along and enjoy this rare opportunity. \nChildren MUST be 12 and older (or 11 in grade 6) to participate and accompanied by an adult or in a group with an adult to child ratio of 1:7.
